Junior and Intermediate Students from local elementary and secondary schools in the Thornhill area are welcome to submit!

Theme:
Community & Connection – Promenade at 40

Accepted Mediums:
Drawing, painting, mixed media, collage, and digital art (artwork must be original and created by the student)

Artwork Size:
Maximum size: 11” x 17”
Digital artwork should be submitted as a high-resolution JPG or PNG.

Submission Limit:
1 submission per student

How to submit:
Email artwork to Noor@yorkregionartscouncil.com

Please include student's first name, grade, age, school name and title of artwork (if applicable).

Deadline for submissions is March 23, 2026.

Finalists will have an opportunity to display artwork at Promenade Mall. Winner will be awarded a $500 Promenade Shopping Spree.

Selected pieces will be showcased at Promenade Shopping Centre as part of our 40th Anniversary celebrations. By submitting artwork, participants agree that their work may be displayed publicly, on social media, and featured in promotional materials related to the anniversary (with credit given).
