Promenade Participates in Earth Hour 2008

On March 29th, Promenade joined thousands of others across the world by turning off our electricity for one hour, Earth Hour, in an effort to conserve energy.

  • All nonessential lighting was turned off
  • Our HVAC system was turned off
  • Our heaters were kept at a minimum setting
  • Escalators were turned off

Be a Part of the Fun at the CF RUN!

Our 4th Annual CF Run was held on Sunday, April 27 2008 at Sunnybrook Park.  We raised over $60,000 for the Childhood Cancer Foundation.

Spire Scholarship 2008

Promenade awarded two students in our community with a $1,000 scholarship towards their first year's tuition.

Promenade's Bridal Show

This past February, Promenade hosted our first Annual Bridal Show, featuring a Bridal Gown Sale and Fashion Show, with all proceeds benefitting breast cancer research with the Canadian Cancer Society.

  • Over $10,000 was raised in bridal gown sales. 
  • 100% of the proceeds went to breast cancer research with the Canadian Cancer Society.

Rainbow Cinemas Midnight Movie Marathon

Promenade is a proud supporter of Rainbow Cinemas Midnight Movie Marathon, an event that raises money to help send underprivileged children to camp for the summer.  Promenade donated $500 in prizes for this fun, worthwhile event.


Host Your Charitable Event at Promenade

Promenade has served as a venue for many fundraising efforts by charitable organizations in our community over the years.  If your charitable organization is looking for a venue to raise funds or awareness, we invite you to send a formal request to Natalie Zabolotin, Marketing Coordinator, at natalie.zabolotin@cadillacfairview.com.

In your request please include the following:

  • A brief description of your non-profit charitable group including a charitable registration number
  • Reasons for hosting the event (i.e. fundraising, awareness)
  • Dates requested
  • Contact information

Please allow up to one month prior to your chosen date to submit a request.
